The 13th Annual International Black Broadcasters Association Fall Conference and Icon Awards Reception was held September 20-23, 2012 at The Historic Hay-Adams Hotel, located in Washington, DC. It kick off Congressional Black Caucus weekend. It was three days of powerful information with program directors, music directors, record executives, and broadcasting professionals at all levels of the industry from radio and television. June 7th, 2014 was extremely exciting for the IBBA at The Hilton Hotel in Jackson, Mississippi, we were honored to have actor Dan Aykroyd not only attend the IBBA conference but perform one of his big Blues Brothers hits ” Soul Man “.
